Ce festival entièrement dédié à la promotion du théâtre et des arts vivants marocains, a pour vocation d'animer les théâtres casablancais et d'inciter le public à s'y rendre. La programmation de cette année est variée et s'adresse à tous les publics, enfants et adultes. Elle comporte des pièces en arabe dialectale et en langue de Molière.

Tous les genres seront à l'affiche, entre autres, le théâtre populaire, le théâtre moderne, le burlesque ou encore le spectacle vivant. Prennent part à cette édition, la troupe acrobatique de Tanger et son spectacle "Taoub" qui s'est produit dans de prestigieux théâtres en France, en Espagne et en Angleterre. La pièce "Violenscène", témoignages de mères célibataires, est programmée à l'occasion de la journée mondiale de la femme, le 08 mars.

La production de l'oeuvre "Histoire d'amour en 12 chansons" de Faouzi Bensaïdi qui a séduit de nombreux spectateurs marocains, la co-production "Kif Touier Tare" de la Fondation des Arts vivants et de la troupe de Théâtre Marrakech, et des adaptations de Molière, de Brecht, de Mattéi Visniéc et d'Eugène Labiche, figurent également au programme de cette édition. Un total de 14 représentations sera donné au théâtre du complexe culturel d'Anfa, au théâtre Touria Sekkat et au théâtre Mohammed VI.
